WHAT TO EXPECT?

When you come to Twin Oaks church you won't be asked to awkwardly stand up and publicly introduce yourself. We're just glad you're here with us.
Our worship time includes announcements, greeting one another, a call to worship Scripture reading, giving of tithes and offerings, singing, expository style preaching, and a time of invitation at the end for prayer needs. During the tithes and offerings, please don't feel compelled to give. This time is for our church family. We invite believers to participate in the Lord's Supper once a month. Our worship usually runs from 10:45 am to 12:15 pm.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Twin Oaks is a church family. So, as with any family there is necessarily a diversity within the unity! Some dress up, some come in t-shirts and tennis shoes. Our goal is to worship the Lord with reverence and joy, so you are welcome to come as you are.

what kind of music?

Twin Oaks church recognizes the Spirit's contribution in newer, contemporary songs as well as in the richness of old hymns. So our service is blended with both styles.

WHAT ABOUT KIDS?

Our nursery is available for little ones during Sunday School during the Worship Service. The rest of our kids come to the sanctuary so we can sing together. Kids from K-5th grade are then dismissed to their own classroom where they'll participate in Bible-teaching and interaction with their teacher. All of our staff and children's workers are background checked and qualified to interact with your kids.

WHAT ABOUT YOUTH?

At Twin Oaks we believe that your Junior High and High School students are able to join the adult fellowship! In a culture where youth are typically segregated, it is our desire to begin their integration into the church body where they can worship, hear God's Word preached, and minister with their brothers and sisters in the Lord.

SHOULD I BRING MY BIBLE?

Yes, we would encourage you to bring your Bible! The main translations we use from the pulpit are the New International Version (NIV) and the English Standard Version (ESV), but you are welcome to bring any credible Bible version you wish (NASB, CSB, NLT, KJV, NKJV, etc.).  We have Bibles available for use during the service if you do not have your own.

is there parking available?

Yes! We have a large parking lot on campus, and for guests we have a special green "guest" section marked out for your convenience!
